Once you approve the preview and order, PDF Editions are non-refundable after delivery, but if we make a factual error that our sources don't support, we'll fix it for free. Printed Hardcovers that arrive damaged or misprinted are replaced at no cost; email hello@servicestorybooks.com within 30 days with a photo.
